• Scope & Complexity: How much we’re filming or photographing, the type of edits needed, and how many final deliverables are expected.

• Time Investment: Hours spent on-site filming or shooting, plus editing, revisions, and any planning or coordination needed before we begin.

• Production Level: Whether it’s a simple social media video or a larger brand film with multiple scenes, locations, or talent.

• Usage Rights: Where and how the content will be used (e.g. organic social media, website, internal use, or paid advertising).

• Logistics: Travel distance, gear requirements, drone flights, permits, and whether we need to scout, script, or work with additional crew.

This approach ensures the quote you get reflects the actual value and effort of the production — while keeping everything clear, fair, and tailored to your goals.
